Please join pianist Susan Hlasny, violist Chris Sandvoss and composer/pianist Peter Jancewicz at the Asylum for Art for an evening of original music inspired by Canadian art and poetry: Evening Rain for piano, Six Canadian Sketches for viola and piano (world première) and Red Coat for piano duet. The music is eclectic, from folk-flavoured to hard-edged contemporary, from plainchant to impressionist, from jazz to minimalist, as reflected by the paintings and poetry.
